Itinerary
Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley
After breakfast, begin your Sahara adventure by crossing the stunning High Atlas Mountains via Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260m), offering breathtaking landscapes and Berber villages along the way.
Stop at the UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a spectacular fortified village featured in numerous famous films. Explore its ancient mud-brick architecture before continuing to Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Morocco.”
Follow the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs through Skoura and the Rose Valley, famous for its fragrant rose products. Finally, arrive at the Dades Valley, where you’ll enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in a charming hotel nestled in the stunning Dades Gorges
Day 2: Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Merzouga Desert
After breakfast, continue your journey through scenic Berber villages before reaching the breathtaking Todra Gorges, famous for its towering rock walls and stunning canyon views. Enjoy some free time to explore and have lunch in this picturesque natural wonder.
Next, head towards the mesmerizing Erg Chebbi dunes in Merzouga, where your camel trek adventure begins. Ride across the golden sands, pausing to witness a magical desert sunset before arriving at your traditional Berber camp in the heart of the Sahara.
Upon arrival, savor refreshing Moroccan tea and a delicious Berber dinner, accompanied by live drum music under the starry desert sky. Spend an unforgettable night in cozy Berber tents, surrounded by the peace and beauty of the desert.
Day 3: MERZOUGA DESERT – HIGH ATLAS – MARRAKECH
With the possibility of waking up to see the sunrise again from the top of the dunes, we’ll have breakfast and then head back along the same road as the first day. You’ll cross the High Atlas Mountains and head towards Marrakech. Arrival in Marrakech around 8:00 p.m., end of our services.
